Approval of prior minutes
The minutes of the previous regular meeting were reviewed and approved as circulated.
Staff and committee reports
The stewardship coordinator summarized operations since the last meeting, including visitor-center attendance and the status of the river-sensor network. The Stewardship Committee reported on easement monitoring visits completed during the period.
Business
- The Board discussed the annual appeal and the draft operating budget.
- The Board discussed a grant application to the state Division of Ecological Restoration.
