Approval of prior minutes
The minutes of the previous regular meeting were reviewed and approved as circulated.
Staff and committee reports
The executive director summarized operations since the last meeting, including visitor-center attendance and the status of the river-sensor network. The Stewardship Committee reported on easement monitoring visits completed during the period.
Business
- The Board discussed trail maintenance on the Ridge Loop.
- The Board discussed acceptance of the Hadley parcel donation.
- The Board discussed the water-quality monitoring partnership with the regional college.

- Motion on trail maintenance on the Ridge Loop: carried 6–1.
- Motion on acceptance of the Hadley parcel donation: carried 7–0.
