The Board revised the policy in 2024 to require an annual written disclosure from every Trustee and from staff with purchasing authority.
Disclosure
Each Trustee and covered staff member files a written disclosure annually and whenever a new interest arises.
Recusal
A person with a conflict leaves the discussion and does not vote on the matter.
The Board reviews this policy and each trustee's disclosure annually. Earlier versions remain in the vault marked superseded.
